What The Critics Say

  • “A shoulder-launched missile, not in the sense that it’s deadly (although it is), but more in its capacity to blow your players minds... Chaosium usually put out good products, but Nameless Horrors is a standout, from start to finish."

    — Stygian Muse, Nameless Horrors.

    Nameless Horrors Ed 2 Hardcover

Posted by Kim White on 11th Apr 2023

I’m so glad I bought this! The stories are excellent. The final one, set in modern LA, is quite brilliant. Without giving anything away, I can see what inspired this plot line, and why some well-known Hollywood actors behave the way they do. The book is worth it just for this one story. Note, while it is set in modern LA I don’t think it would be difficult to shift to the 1930’s. The hard cover book is a pleasure, fully up to Chaosium’s high production standards. You won’t regret buying this product. Top marks.

    Phenomenal update

This new version of this book is amazing, the handouts, maps & just general formatting is leaps and bounds ahead the previous edition. First book I was happy to buy a second time.
