A new project is coming from the Chaosium Board Games team! – Call of Cthulhu: Old Ones Origins

We’re excited to share that our board games team is working on a brand-new board game project—but for now, we can’t reveal all the details just yet.

What we can tell you is that Call of Cthulhu: Old Ones Origins takes players into the world of the Cthulhu Mythos, where ancient powers rise and rival factions fight for dominance in a battle that began long before humanity existed.

Designed by Samuel Bailey, the creator behind Forbidden Stars, this upcoming title brings a new experience for fans of deep strategy, asymmetric gameplay, and the cosmic horror of the Old Ones.
