Chaosium Announces new licensing deal for a German localisation of Basic Roleplaying

Chaosium Inc is pleased to announce a new partnership with 100 Questen Gesellschaft e.V. 

Basic Roleplaying – Universal Game Engine (BRUGE) is the newest edition of one of the worlds most influential and acclaimed core rules for tabletop roleplaying. Chaosium released the new edition of the core rules of the game to critical and popular acclaim in 2023. In a new licensing deal, 100 Questen Gesellschaft e.V. will publish Chaosium’s roleplaying game Basic Roleplaying in German.

“All of us here at 100 Questen Gesellschaft e.V. are so excited to be working with Chaosium to make the premier edition of Basic Roleplaying for our German fans.” said André Jarosch, head of 100 Questen Gesellschaft e.V, which was founded in 2018 and is based in Waldems, Hessen, Germany.

100 Questen Gesellschaft e.V. released the German edition of the Basic Roleplaying Quickstart, Basic Roleplaying Schnellstarter at FeenCon in Bonn on July 11th. The German edition Basic Roleplaying Core Rulebook, Basic Roleplaying – Universelles Spielsystem, will debut at SPIEL in Essen on October 22th 2026.
