We set up our listings so that you will always know what we have in stock. Items that run out will temporarily disappear from the site until we get a new supply. If you see it, we have it! Check back occasionally, and please consider accepting our newsletter (through the My Account link, above). There we let you know of new additions or significant restocks.

We don't accept orders for items not in stock. We occasionally will begin accepting pre-orders for a new book, but not until we have a certain in-warehouse delivery date from the printer. Pre-orders, and all items that you include with your pre-order, will ship together once the pre-ordered item arrives in our warehouse.

We ship your order within 3 business days (frequently faster). Of course, if you select next-day service we do it as fast as inhumanly possible.

We accept many forms of payment including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Please make sure that you fully complete your order and the payment before leaving the site.

Should you wish to order and pay using a check or money order please contact Fergie, our shipping shoggoth. We'll have to receive and process your check before we can ship your order.

We ship anywhere in the world (at least anywhere the post office or UPS will go). Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the products you order, and are calculated as a part of the ordering process. Please let us know if you have particular shipping needs.
